from september, classes will no longer be drop-in

room rent prices are on the up again and under the present system, there is no way of knowing how many students will come to each class

also, to deepen your practice and knowledge of this wonderful practice, classes need to be progressive - at present we go 'back to basics' each time a new student joins the class

in order to give you a chance to widen your knowledge so that you can integrate yoga into your daily life and to avoid a price increase, running set 10-week courses seems the logical answer

if you have any tickets left before the course starts, you can use each one as a £6 credit towards the cost of the course - £60

mon 6th

10-week yoga course starts ridgeway primary school, market harborough

6.00 – 7.30 p.m - akhanda/hatha

                          (beginners and returners to this practice)

7.30 – 9.00 p.m. – akhanda/ashtanga

                          (improvers, athletes, runners, cyclists, etc)

 

sat 18th holistic gathering - 14.00 until late

a chance for yoga teachers, therapists and healers to get together

there will be a session on business, marketing and lots of ideas shared, food, joy and (weather permitting) a bonfire

 

your contribution will be only £10 to cover costs
