06.00 -meditation practice (maybe jala neti and other cleanse practice)
07.00 - asana, pranayama and relaxation practice
09.30 - healthy vegetarian breakfast
09.45 - karma yoga
10.45 - tea and sharing
11.00 - holistic treatment opportunity, self /group practice or free time
13.00 - lunch - main meal of the day
14.00 - time to walk, talk or meditate - fresh air advised!
15.00 - meditation practice
16.00 - asana practice (except sundays)
18.00 - supper
day visitors can leave after supper or join in any evening activities planned at no extra cost
19.00 - free time or occasional kirtan or satsang followed by meditation or attending a local class outside the retreat
asana practice includes chant, stretching, sun salutations, poses from all of the major groups, savasana, pranayama and meditation

silence is practiced after 9.00 p.m. and until after breakfast
