Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage has evolved from traditional techniques which have been used in India for thousands of years. It is a massage of the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck scalp and face. The facial massage centres around pressure points which can allieviate pressure in sinuses and tension headaches.
Indian Head massage can bring about instant relief from stress and tension in the head and shoulder areas.
It brings about relaxation but can also leave you feeling rejuvenated and more focused.
This massage treatment is carried out in a chair and there is no need to remove clothing. Oils can be used but this is not essential, so this is an ideal rejuvenation treatment to have at anytime of the day and anywhere!
