From September Relaxologies is offering new treatments:-
- Seated Accupressure Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Natural Facelift/Rejuvenation Therapy
Any of these can be combined with other therapies such as Reiki, Indian Head, Nutritional Guidance, Yoga etc. meaning that your appointment is completely tailored to your needs, wants and how you feel at that time.
Feedback 2008
Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! I have posted most of general comments on the feedback section of this home page. It has been good to see you are benefitting from the practice and what you think to your class. It is not too late to have your say. Please collect a sheet from your next class.
August classes
Please note some last minute changes to classes in August. There will now only be one more Thursday class - 7th and one more Saturday class - 16th. Monday classes in Wigston are running except for August Bank Holiday Monday.
Summer Yoga !!!!!
Please see summer timetable under the yoga schedule tab for dates and times of classes in June, July and August. Other times are as normal.

7. KEEP IT FRESH!It’s a great time to combine yoga with a raw food diet i.e. fresh salads and fruits in season
8. TAKE YOGA OUTSIDE!
A sheltered spot in the garden/park is a great place to practice sun salutations in the mornings
9. WE DRINK MORE WATER IN SUMMER!
Yoga will detox you and, combined with an increased water intake, will improve your digestive, urinary and eliminatory systems. This will give to clearer, brighter skin and mental clarity
10. MAKE HAY WHILE THE SUN SHINES!
