CLASS INFORMATION
- YOGA BLISS! - beginners/improvers. This class is gentle hatha yoga and is ideal for beginners. Various topics are explored over a 12 week period to give the student a really good understanding of the most important facets of a yoga practice. This class is also perfect for experienced yogis who want to enjoy gentle hatha yoga combined with centreing, meditation and relaxation. Explores practices detailed in ancient yogic texts
- YOGA PLUS! - a hatha yoga class for those who want to progress further with their yoga practice. Including asana practice with the opportunity to move deeper into the poses. Ideal for improvers or those with previous experience. Not recommended for complete beginners for safety reasons. A perfect class to relax, heal the mind and body and maintain the spirit. A structured class finshing with breathing exercise, meditation and relaxation
- YOGA FIT 'N' FLEX! - a new class planned for Autumn 2007. Designed for yogis with some experience and with the emphasis on yoga-based exercise. - YOGA DANCE! - age 13+. Beginners/intermediate. You choose the tunes!Exploring the limits of your flexibility to your favourite music with unique yoga sequences. The opportunity to perform in public including charitable events though this is not essential. Classes to start in Lutterworth and Leicester Spring/Summer 2008.
