Julie Dore left a 23 career in banking at the age of 41 to persue a career in helping others - physically, mentally and spiritually. She commited herself to an intense period of learning and retraining in yoga and holistic therapies. Whilst now a practising therapist and yoga teacher, Julie believes that some continuous learning is essential in this ever-changing world and necessary as the whole world becomes more aware of what holistic complementary medicine has to offer.

She is married with one daughter and lives in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
